New campsite joins the CCI – Can Marti, Spain

A new campsite joined the CCI.

Campsite Can Marti in Spain is located only 300m from the town center of Tossa de Mar and 800m from the surrounding beaches. The beautiful location  allows you to enjoy crystal clear water beaches, the town and its monuments without having to take the car. The campsite also offers nature lovers ideeal surroundings.

The campsite is located by the natural Area “Massís de Cadiretes – l’Ardenya” (nature and wildlife reserve). Can Marti is a good base from which to discover the beautiful places that are around and to practice various cultural activities, mountain (hiking, mountain bike) and water (kayaking, diving…).

Located on the Costa Brava South, Tossa de Mar is an ancient fishing village with a great history, which over time to become an iconic tourist destination. In the village you can visit several places and cultural monuments. One is the medieval walled town, Vila Vella named, estimated its origin to the s.XII to prevent pirate attacks. Inside are the remains of the Gothic church. And the governor’s palace in the s.XIV, is now the Museum of Tossa de Mar, opened in 1935 was the first contemporary art museum of the Spanish State.
